Follistatin is a specific protein or peptide and specifically inhibits the release of the quasi-negative stimulating hormone myostatin, which is responsible for limiting the muscle build-up as well as for the reduction of musculature. Follistatin is thus the counterpart of myostatin. Follistatin 344 is therefore a naturally occurring peptide and an extremely potent and effective myostatin inhibitor.
As already briefly mentioned, myostatin promotes the reduction of so-called myotubes, i.e. skeletal muscle fibers. This ultimately results in both the inhibition of muscle build-up, and generally in muscle reduction. In addition, the myostatin protein controls muscle growth by preventing uncontrolled growth of skeletal musculature. Follistatin 344 again plays the main role in the regulation of myostatin. It acts like a very precise filter in the skeletal musculature and basically filters, like the peptide ACVR2B (ACE-031), the muscle-building inhibiting proteins, mainly myostatin, and deactivates them. This is how the name Myostatin Inhibitor comes about.
According to the American forums, the most promising doses are 100 mcg daily for 10 days, with a subsequent 10-day break. This cycle is repeated as desired.
Another, however, very low dosage is the injection of 100 mcg every 10 days.
In addition, the combination with GHRP 2 or GHRP 6, or the use of PEG MGF is recommended, on the one hand to increase the anabolic effects of FOLLISTATIN 344 and on the other to protect the joints and tendons.
